Taxpayer Information Form

You can submit your documentation electronically using our secure portal, drop off, or mail in. You can make an appointment by phone or by using our convenient online scheduling option. We accept personal checks, cash, and money orders, which can be dropped off or mailed. We also accept electronic payments through Venmo, and credit/debit card (subject to a 3% processing fee) over the phone or through our website.
